Four services covering the life of a building
Put it up, fit it out, keep it working. Each service starts the same way — a site visit, then a priced scope you approve before anything begins.
Whether it is a villa on an empty plot, an office that has to open on a fixed date, or a building that needs bringing back up to standard, the same team and the same process handle it.
What we build and maintain
Four services, one contractor. Most clients start with a build and stay with us for the maintenance.
General Building Contracting
Full-scope construction from excavation and structure through to finishing, MEP coordination and authority handover.
Villa & Residential Construction
Custom villas, compounds and residential buildings built to municipality-approved drawings and a fixed programme.
Commercial & Office Construction
Offices, showrooms, warehouses and retail units — shell works through to fit-out, with minimal disruption to neighbours.
Renovation & Building Maintenance
Extensions, refurbishment, waterproofing, painting and annual maintenance contracts for owners and facility managers.
What every project includes
- A written scope and a priced bill of quantities
- A dated programme with the stages you will be asked to sign off
- Drawing submission and authority approvals where the work needs them
- A named site engineer and weekly progress photographs
- Materials and brands confirmed against samples before they are ordered
- Snag closure, as-built drawings and warranties at handover
How a project runs
Each stage ends with something you approve before the next one starts, so there is never a surprise halfway through.
Site visit and brief
We meet at the plot or building, measure what matters and understand how you want to use the space.
Scope, BOQ and programme
A priced bill of quantities with materials named, plus a dated programme. You approve it before we mobilise.
Approvals and mobilisation
Drawings submitted, permits and NOCs cleared, site set up with hoarding, power and water.
Construction
Weekly progress updates with photographs, and one engineer you can call about any of it.
Snagging and handover
We walk the finished job with you, close the snag list, then hand over documents, warranties and keys.
Four things that decide how a build goes
Most problems on a UAE site come from the same places: a scope nobody wrote down, a price that moves, a crew that changes every week, and a contractor who stops answering after handover. We run projects to close those gaps.
A scope you can hold us to
Quotations come as a bill of quantities with materials and brands named, so you can compare our price with anyone else’s on equal terms. Variations are priced and approved in writing before the work happens.
Our own crews on the critical trades
Concrete, blockwork, plaster and finishing are done by our own labour, not passed down a chain of subcontractors. MEP, joinery and civil-defence systems go to specialists we work with repeatedly.
One engineer, start to finish
The same site engineer runs your project from mobilisation to handover, sends weekly progress photographs, and is the person you call when something needs a decision.
Approvals and paperwork handled
Drawing submissions, permits, NOCs and inspections are managed by us, and the job ends with as-built drawings, test certificates and warranties in your hands.
The kind of work we do
Villas, commercial units, concrete works and refurbishment. Replace these with your own project photographs as soon as you have them.

Where we work
Our office and yard are in Ajman, which keeps mobilisation quick across the Northern Emirates and Dubai.
Common questions
Not sure which service you need?
Most enquiries start as “we want to extend the villa” or “the office has to be ready in eight weeks”. Call the office and describe it in your own words — we will tell you what the work actually involves and what it is likely to cost before you commit to anything.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Maintenance call-outs, a single bathroom, a boundary wall or a shop fit-out are all normal work for us, and they are priced the same way as a full building.
Can you work outside normal hours?
In occupied buildings, often we have to. Noisy activities are kept to the hours the building management permits, and we clear waste daily so neighbouring tenants are not affected.
Do you provide maintenance after the build?
Most owners move to an annual maintenance contract once the building is in use, covering AC servicing, plumbing, electrical, minor civil works and painting, with call-outs during working hours.
