Box 56349. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Aemco Building Contracting L.L.C.. “You” means the person using the site.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may revise them at any time by updating this page, and the version published when you use the site is the one that applies.
What this website is for
The site describes the services we offer and lets you request a quotation or a site visit. It is a source of general information, not professional advice on your specific project. Nothing here should be relied on as a structural, engineering, regulatory or cost opinion for a particular building.
Enquiries and quotations
Information on this site is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Submitting the form does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our programme.
- A quotation is issued only in writing, after a site visit or a review of drawings
- Quotations are valid for [30] days from their date unless stated otherwise, and are subject to survey, ground conditions, authority approvals and material availability
- Prices, programmes and timescales mentioned anywhere on this site are indicative and are superseded by the figures in a written quotation
- Work begins only once a quotation or contract is signed and any agreed advance payment is received
Building contracts are separate
Any construction, fit-out, renovation or maintenance work we carry out is governed by the signed contract, bill of quantities, drawings and variation orders for that project, together with applicable UAE law. Where those documents differ from anything on this website, those documents prevail.
Accuracy of content
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Service descriptions, scopes of work and answers to common questions are written in general terms and will vary with each project.
Some photographs on this site are stock images used to illustrate the type of work described. Unless a photograph is captioned as a project of ours, it should not be taken as a record of work we carried out.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, our name and logo — belongs to us or is used under licence, and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own use or to evaluate our services. You may not republish, sell, licence or systematically copy any part of the site, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Drawings, bills of quantities, method statements and other documents we issue during a project remain our property until paid for in full, and may not be passed to another contractor for pricing or execution without our consent.
Using the site properly
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches UAE law
- Do not submit false, misleading or abusive information through the forms
- Do not send automated, bulk or marketing messages through the enquiry form
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system, or introduce malicious code
- Do not copy or scrape the site for a competing service
We may block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Links to other websites
Where we link to another site, it is for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Availability
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with the website is limited to AED [1,000].
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability in respect of construction work is governed by the contract for that project and by UAE law, including the decennial liability provisions applicable to building works.
Privacy
Information you send us through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Ajman. The courts of [AJMAN] have exclusive jurisdiction.
